One Day or Day One…

 

 

It’s taken me two damn years to finally publish this so-called blog.

Name it, I had every excuse to stall because of one thing: Fear.

What was supposed to be a passion project done with ease, turned out to be the most terrifying thing I’ve gotten myself into.

C’mon, it’s just a blog, I said. How hard can it be? 

Yet after hearing stories of how blogging is a 24/7 job that requires you to bare your soul in order to be “authentic” while the harsh social media universe anonymously judges you; I was like, *eff* that.

I don’t need that kind of stress in my life.

 

 

And Then It Was Too Late

I read somewhere, “if you can’t sleep just thinking about it, do it.”

That’s a LOT of sleepless nights, I tell you. Still yet, the fear just seemed greater than the will to overcome it.

Then my brother, MIKO, who was helping me with this website, passed away from a sudden stroke last January 17, 2017.

No goodbyes.

To say I have no regrets would be an absolute lie.

If only he were here to see I finally did it! My dream has come to life because of him.

So I dedicate this whole website – my art and my heart, in his memory.

 

 

Journey of My Blog…Day 1

So here we are folks. My official first post!

I know in the grand scheme of things, I am but a speck of dust in the blogging realm. But one can never really know where their passion leads unless they actually get started, right?

Anyway, welcome to my little digital world and I hope you’ll enjoy this as much as I loved creating it for you.

For now I’m starting with travel but rest assured, beauty, fashion, wellness and all things close to heart are what’s to come.
